covering. A smooth and soft texture to
work with can easily be toned out with
a brush or applicator. Velvet Touch Eye Liner belongs to a new generation of

Is highly water-proof and resists almost anything. The Eye Liner contains vitamin-E and jojoba oil.
Can be sharpened with a cosmetic pencil sharpener. In order to protect the pencil from drying out it is most important
to put the cap on the pencil again after use.
